Cut/Fill was a virtual Open Space unConference hosted in partnership with Ink Landscape Architecture. Over 500+ professional architects, planners, and landscape architects convened at this virtual gathering to identify the change they want to make to the industry and engaged in conversation and workshops with each other to identify their first steps and action plans. The Open Space facilitation is a non-hierarchical conference format  where conference attendees control session topics and lead conversations around issues of equity and inclusivity in the design professions. The conference also featured panel discussions, live DJs for networking, and video interviews.
